I practiced massage therapy for nearly 12 years and after a 5 year hiatus I am ready to begin again. I carry a massage therapy license in the state of Maine (MT7775) and will be practicing out of a small office Brunswick, ME. Because my home base is in NY, I will be offering appointments one week each month. This 3 hour mini retreat is designed to bring renewal to your body and your soul. This is a time set aside for you to tune into your emotional, spiritual, and bodily needs in a nurturing environment. This option is here to lovingly guide you through a difficult decision, an experience with grief or loss, or just to bring you closer to your authentic self. The mini retreat includes:

90 minute massage
60 minute sacred direction
30 minutes of alone space to journal and integrate
